Greeting Honorable Merchants

The Three Barons Renaissance Fair was a great success in 2024 at our new location. We thank each and every one of our vendors that helped make that possible and it is our hope that 2025 will be exceptional as well. We will be at the new location this year again.  Vendors there is no supplied electricity on site. In addition the Anch Fire Marshal has informed us that tent structures that do not have a manufacture attached fire proof label on their tent roof, walls will NOT be accepted this year - even if you have previously been approved in that tent. It is very important that you go through the Vendor Handbook this year for all the changes.

NEW VENDOR'S NOTE: We have no onsite access to electricity, so make other arrangements, but we understand if you are unable to join us this year because of this new reality. You will be missed. 

VENDOR APPLICATION SUBMISSION:  We are accepting applications between February 1- March 1. Applications will be online as Google Forms. They have been divided into three categories: Walking Vendors, Food Vendors and Artist/Activity Vendors Application links are on the right side of this page or scroll down if you're on a smart phone.

EVENT DATES:  Saturday and Sunday, TBA

HOURS:  Saturdays, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Sundays 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm

PLACE:  Russian Jack Springs Park North - 801 Pine Street, Anchorage

Because we have moved to a new location owned by the Muni, there is an increase in fees. This is not the only changes so It is critical that you read the Vendor Hand Book and opening letter to get all the changes

As vendors you have the opportuntiy to submit descriptions, photos and menus for inclusion on your part of the map. Contact our Vendor Manager to submit the text, photos and menus when you have  been approved for this year's Three Barons Renaissance Fair.

The Online Application - Closes on March 1.

Please add your name to our Wait List for this year, if you're still interested in being a vendor and you have have reached this notice after March 1st.

Please take a moment to review the Standards and Conditions, as there have been updates from previous years. Also, please remember that the Anchorage Fire Department is very aggressive about enforcing fire protection, so please make sure you have the properly inspected fire extinguisher appropriate to yur vendor type, available on site and in your booth.

The Vendor Application and the TBF Vendor Handbook that are available from this website as a Google Form. If you are having problems with it, please let us know, and we will do our best to help you. Please be sure to use this years Google application form, as the previous versions will not be accepted.
