Greeting Honorable Merchants

The Three Barons Renaissance Fair was a great success in 2025 for our second year at the new location. We thank each and every one of our vendors that helped make that possible and it is our hope that 2026 will be exceptional as well. We will be at the same location this year again. In addition the Anch Fire Marshal has informed us that tent structures that do not have a manufacture attached fire proof label on their tent roof and walls will NOT be accepted this year - even if you have previously been approved in that tent. It is very important that you go through the Vendor Handbook this year for all the changes.

VENDOR APPLICATION SUBMISSION:  We are accepting applications between February 1st- 28th. Applications will be hosted through FestivalPro. They have been divided into four categories: Walking Vendors, Food Vendors and Artist/Activity Vendors and Youth Vendors Application links are on the right side of this page or scroll down if you're on a smart phone.

EVENT DATES:  Saturday and Sunday, June 6-14

HOURS:  Saturdays, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Sundays 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm

PLACE:  Russian Jack Springs Park North - 801 Pine Street, Anchorage

Because we have moved to a new location owned by the Muni, there is an increase in fees. This is not the only change so It is critical that you read the Vendor Hand Book and opening letter to get all the changes

As vendors you have the opportuntiy to submit descriptions, photos and menus for inclusion on your part of the map. Contact our Vendor Manager to submit the text, photos and menus when you have  been approved for this year's Three Barons Renaissance Fair.
